Responsibilities and requirements:

- Direct management and motivation of the catering team

- Maintaining G.P% . Adhering to all SOP’s

- Providing well managed handovers to colleagues

Job Description
2nd Chef’s responsibility is to ensure a consistently high quality catering offering for customers at The Holt through the management of the catering operations:
- To provide cover for the head chef days off
- Running service
- Ordering
- Managing invoices and deliveries
- Creating specials
- All appropriate food prep and food labelling
- Stock control
- Excellent Communication
Kitchen Porter
Job Description
The Kitchen Porter’s role is to ensure a consistently high quality catering offering for visitors and clients at The Holt through the management of the catering operations:
- Food prep
- Maintaining and organising the potwash
- Maintaining a supply line to the kitchen
- Liasing with head/2nd chefs for daily jobs
- Adhering to all SFBB protocols
General Manager

Requirements and responsibilities:
